Vinified without oak, the wine is cold fermented and clarified, and is bottled immediately after fermentation is complete, without any ageing to dampen the zesty primary fruit character. The nose displays citrus and tropical characteristics with a delicate herbaceousness reminiscent of fresh hay. The palate is vibrant with citrus flavours accompanied by gooseberry and passion fruit.
