Gifted winemaker, Frank Meaker took full advantage of South Africa’s sun-packed 2008 vintage to create this super-smooth red. He added a healthy splash of Cabernet Franc to add an extra dimension of crisp, crunchy fruit to magnificently rich Merlot. The wine was then left to mature in premium oak barrels before Frank deemed it ready for release! Bright purple in colour with rich cassis, plum and chocolaty-spice aromas. Soft on the palate with lots of captivating fruit. Long lingering aftertaste with a meaty structure. A gorgeous, mouthfilling glassful on its own!
