Nestled among stunning scenery in the Walker Bay region, the winery has an award-winning heritage – their Pinotage was awarded 4 stars for the last three vintages in the John Platter Wine Guide, the ‘who’s who’ of South African wine. Made from premium, hand-picked grapes, Jackson’s Pinotage was fermented in small batches and then mellowed for 11 months in fine French oak barrels. Aromas of violets and lavender are followed by intense blackberry and cherry fruit flavours, with earthy liquorice and tar notes and a touch of vanilla on the finish. A fine partner to barbecued meats.
