 Zalze Cabernet Sauvignon / Shiraz Rosé 2010 Coastal Region, South Africa

Early-morning fruit picking ensures acidity is retained, which gives a lively edge to a vibrant palate. Made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Shiraz, showing some tight minerality from the gravelly soils upon which the grapes are grown. Fermented off-dry.
